ABOUT THE FAIR

Indopack is a leading international trade fair specializing in the latest technologies and innovations in the packaging industry. Its name represents the integration of packaging solutions targeted specifically at the Indonesian and broader Asia-Pacific markets. The event is organized by PT. Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur, commonly known as Wakeni, a pioneer in industrial trade fairs in the region. The fair is held biennially at the JIExpo Jakarta International Expo, a modern and centrally located venue ideally suited for events of this scale. At Indopack, a wide array of products and services are showcased, including advanced packaging machines, aseptic packaging technologies, and innovative materials such as plastics, paper, cardboard, and metal. The fair covers thematic areas from blister and vacuum packaging to brewing and beverage technologies, and automation solutions for the industry. On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 19. September to 22. September 2018, about 360 exhibitors from 21 countries and 24918 visitors from 42 countries on the Indopack in Jakarta. The Indopack takes place biennially, and therefore for the thirteenth time previsibly in September 2026 in Jakarta.
