ABOUT THE FAIR
The HanoiPlas – Hanoi International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition – is an annual trade fair held in northern Vietnam. Over the years, it has established itself as a key meeting point for professionals in the plastics and rubber industries. The event is jointly organized by several institutions, including Vinexad National Trade Fair & Advertising J.S.C. (VINEXAD), Yorkers Exhibition Service Vietnam, and the Vietnam Plastics Association (VPA), which acts as a co-organizer. The overall management lies with Chan Chao International Co., Ltd., an experienced Taiwanese trade fair organizer with extensive expertise in the Asian market. The primary goal of the exhibition is to support the Vietnamese plastics industry in accessing international markets and to facilitate investor entry into the region's rapidly growing economy.
HanoiPlas stands out for its thematic depth and strong industry relevance. The exhibition focuses on state-of-the-art technologies for plastics and rubber processing, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and recycling solutions. These are complemented by innovations in thermoforming and vacuum forming. Visitors also gain a comprehensive overview of processing machinery, equipment, and advanced printing and packaging technologies—closely linked to the concurrently held HanoiPrintPack exhibition.
A particular emphasis is placed on raw materials, additives, bioplastics, and sustainable materials, which are gaining importance in the context of global environmental initiatives. In addition, key topics such as Industry 4.0, robotics, digital manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things highlight the industry's accelerating automation.
More than 80 exhibitors from diverse sectors—especially the electronics and automotive industries—showcase their latest products and solutions. This reflects the growing importance of northern Vietnam as an industrial hub, playing an increasingly vital role in both regional and global value chains. The fair also benefits from Vietnam’s deeper integration into the global economy, supported by trade agreements such as the EVFTA and CPTPP.
The event is held at the modern Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) Hanoi. Centrally located in the capital and equipped with excellent infrastructure, it offers ideal conditions for international exhibitors and professional visitors. The venue facilitates targeted exchange, efficient networking, and long-term business development, positioning HanoiPlas as a highly specialized, practice-oriented platform within the plastics and rubber sector across the Asia-Pacific region.
