ABOUT THE FAIR

The Food Technology Summit & Expo is the only Spanish speaking ingredients and additives exhibition for the food and beverage leaders in Mexico and Central America. This event is composed of a large exhibition floor, an international summit with first class speakers and a program with more than 35 free of charge conferences and high quality food innovation workshops for the professionals in the sector. On two days, you will find the best training and an exhibition floor with more than 300 leading suppliers presenting all the alternatives in products and services. The event has become the ideal place to discover new ideas, generate contacts and do business. Launches, activities, tasting, games and cocktails will be part of the attractions. It is an exclusive event for professionals in the sector. Admission is free upon registration. On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 2 days of the fair, from 26. September to 27. September 2018, about 16218 visitors from 23 countries on the FoodTech Summit & Expo in Mexico City. The FoodTech Summit & Expo in Mexico City took place from Wed., 28.09.2022 to Thur., 29.09.2022 already for the 13th time.
