ABOUT THE FAIR
The FHA HoReCa, an outstanding trade fair for gastronomy and hospitality, takes place every two years at the Singapore Expo in Singapore. The name of the fair, FHA HoReCa, stands for "Food&HotelAsia – Hotel, Restaurant, Café," reflecting the main themes of the fair, which offers a comprehensive range of products and services for these industries.
Organized by Informa Markets, a leading company in the trade fair organization sector, FHA HoReCa showcases a wide spectrum of leading international suppliers from the gastronomy and hospitality sectors. The fair is divided into the following specialized areas: Bakery, Confectionery, and Gelato; Gastronomy and Kitchen Equipment; Hospitality Style; Hotel Technology; and Specialty Coffee. This structure covers a wide range of industry interests and needs.
Exhibitors from various sectors, including confectionery production, food retail, and hotel and hospitality, offer a variety of products – from baked goods and chocolates to beverages and specialized equipment such as kitchen accessories and hotel technologies. This diverse product range reflects the industry's diversity and innovation.
A particular highlight of FHA HoReCa is the various competitions and seminars in which experts demonstrate their skills in areas such as bakery, ice cream production, confectionery, and coffee preparation.
