ABOUT THE FAIR
Fispal Tecnologia is the leading trade fair for the food and beverage industry in Latin America. Held annually in June at the São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, it has become a key event for industry professionals across the region. The name "Fispal" stands for Feira Internacional de Soluções para as Indústrias de Alimentos e Bebidas, which translates to "International Trade Fair for Solutions for the Food and Beverage Industry"—a title that reflects the event’s focus and significance.
The fair is organized by Informa Markets, a globally active company renowned for hosting cross-industry trade shows around the world. Over the years, Fispal Tecnologia has established itself as a central meeting point for the South American food sector.
Each year, the event attracts more than 46,000 professionals and features around 450 exhibitors from both domestic and international markets. Fispal Tecnologia showcases the latest advancements in processing, packaging, automation, logistics, and distribution. Beyond presenting new technologies, the fair serves as a platform for discussing future-oriented topics such as innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
A particular emphasis is placed on sustainable production practices. Areas such as the “Green Lounge” highlight practical solutions related to ESG topics (Environmental, Social, and Governance). The “Praça da Embalagem” (Packaging Plaza) provides space for innovative packaging solutions. Complementary programs like the “Jornada da Pequena Indústria” (Small Industry Journey) are specifically designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises, while initiatives such as “Conexão Indústria e Escola” (Industry and School Connection) aim to strengthen the relationship between business and education.
