ABOUT THE FAIR
Bakery Tech Poland is a highly specialized trade fair focused on forward-looking technologies in the bakery and confectionery industry. It is exclusively aimed at trade professionals from the artisan sector, industrial production, and supply chain who want to experience and shape technological advancements firsthand.
The fair takes place annually at the modern Ptak Warsaw Expo grounds in Nadarzyn near Warsaw – the largest exhibition center in Poland. It is organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o.o., one of Eastern Europe’s leading trade fair organizers, known for its expertise in hosting industry-specific professional events.
As a central platform for industry dialogue, Bakery Tech Poland showcases current developments in automation, digitalization, sustainability, and product innovation.
