Salón Chocolate y Cacao is Mexico’s leading trade fair dedicated to cocoa, chocolate, and related products. Held annually at the Pepsi Center next to the World Trade Center (WTC) in Mexico City, it is organized by the renowned event company Tradex Exposiciones. The fair targets industry professionals as well as connoisseurs of premium chocolate. The name “Salón Chocolate y Cacao” symbolizes the entire cocoa universe—from cultivation to the finished product—and brings together the key players in the sector.
The event showcases the full value chain of chocolate production: from cocoa cultivation and processing to modern technologies, machinery, and innovative end products such as gourmet chocolate, pralines, chocolate art, and regional specialties.
