ABOUT THE FAIR
The MODELLidee is an annual event held in autumn at the HanseMesse in Rostock, known as the largest model-building exhibition in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Organized by inRostock GmbH Messen, Kongresse & Events, this fair is a meeting point for model-building enthusiasts, technology fans, and everyone excited about innovative creations.
HanseMesse Rostock is renowned for its spacious exhibition halls and modern facilities, providing the ideal setting for presenting a plethora of model-building creations. At MODELLidee, the focus is on the fascination of model building, from detailed replicas to functional miniature models.
Core themes of the fair include model train exhibitions, a large truck and excavator course, and a water basin for thrilling demonstrations. Additionally, the flight area, with its high-speed air shows, and the ship model exhibition, including offshore models, attract numerous visitors.
