ABOUT THE FAIR
GeoSpace Bharat is the leading trade fair and conference for geospatial data and space technology. It brings together industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, and innovators in a unique forum. As a traveling exhibition, it takes place each year in a different major Indian metropolis. The event is organized by the Trade Promotion Council for Geospatial & Space Industry (TPCGSI), dedicated to promoting and internationalizing these key industries.
The focus is on the latest developments and practical applications in geospatial data analysis, aerial photography, digital terrain models, GNSS, radar and LiDAR technologies, mobile mapping, virtual and augmented reality, photogrammetry, and remote sensing. Space-related topics are covered just as comprehensively, ranging from satellite manufacturing and operations to launch services, satellite communications, mission control, and robotics, as well as emerging fields such as space medicine, in-orbit resource utilization, and space debris management.
Visitors gain insights into a wide range of products and services – from innovative GIS, data, and cloud management software to high-precision surveying instruments, propulsion and rocket systems, and concepts for space infrastructure. This makes the fair a central meeting point for professionals from geosciences, IT, engineering, aerospace, telecommunications, research, and regulation.
Exhibitors include technology and hardware manufacturers, software providers, consulting firms, government space agencies, and universities. The audience consists primarily of decision-makers, engineers, investors, scientists, and representatives of public authorities and international organizations.
Venues are modern exhibition centers or science parks with state-of-the-art infrastructure. With excellent air, rail, and road connections, they ensure convenient access for participants from around the world.
