ABOUT THE FAIR
The REFRACTORIES EXPO is the leading trade fair for refractory materials and high-temperature technologies in Asia and beyond. It serves as a platform for innovative solutions in refractory products, industrial ceramics, and specialized high-temperature processes. Each year, the exhibition opens its doors at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), bringing together professionals from across the globe. The event is organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Metallurgical Enterprises (CCCMC), one of the most influential business associations in China’s metallurgical industry.
The exhibition is tailored to the specific needs of the iron and steel sector, non-ferrous metal processing, foundries, forges, and heat-treatment technologies. On display are advanced refractory materials, recycling technologies, and energy-efficient industrial furnaces, as well as burners, heating elements, temperature control systems, thermal insulation, and testing equipment for quality assurance. The venue is conveniently connected both internationally via Pudong International Airport and locally through an extensive public transport network. It can be reached directly by Metro Line 7 (Huamu Road Station) or easily by taxi from the city center.
