ABOUT THE FAIR
The FHV Food & Hospitality Vietnam is an international trade fair focusing on food, beverages, hospitality, bakeries, restaurants, catering, and related equipment. This prestigious event takes place at the SECC Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center in the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City, attracting numerous visitors from both domestic and international locales biannually. The FHV is organized by Informa Markets Vietnam, a leading organizer of trade fairs and events.
The fair showcases a wide array of topics and highlights, including eco-friendly products, advanced Industry 4.0 technologies, healthy plant-based alternatives, and innovative solutions for the hospitality industry. The exhibited products range from bakery and confectionery items, beverages, foodstuffs, barista equipment, Halal products, organic and health foods, catering, coffee and tea accessories, fast food, fine food, seafood, meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables, and snacks.
In the Hospitality Zone, topics such as cleaning and maintenance, security systems, disinfectants and procedures, hospitality information systems, hotel and resort management, smart technology, dishware, and utensils are presented.
Complementing the main program, FHV offers various side activities like wine training, industry conferences, and live cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs. Notable highlights include the culinary competition and the Pastry Innovation Lab, featuring creative courses and delightful Hi-Tea sessions.
