ABOUT THE FAIR
The Food & Hotel Hanoi (FHH) is an international trade fair specialising in food, beverages, hotels, bakeries, restaurants, catering, and related equipment. It takes place at the impressive ICE Hanoi International Exhibition Centre in the heart of Hanoi and attracts numerous visitors from both domestic and international locations. Informa Markets Vietnam, a leading organiser of trade shows and events, is responsible for organising this major event. The FHH focuses on innovative ideas, current trends, and forward-looking technologies.
Key themes and highlights include biodegradable products, advanced Industry 4.0 technologies, healthy plant-based alternatives, and innovative solutions for the hospitality industry.
