ABOUT THE FAIR
DairyTech in Krasnogorsk near Moscow is a leading international trade fair for the dairy and meat industry, held annually in January. Since its inception in 2003, it has evolved into a significant platform for the industry. The fair is organized by the ITE Group, renowned for its expertise in conducting large-scale events in Russia.
This fair is distinguished by its comprehensive coverage of the entire cycle of industrial meat and dairy processing. From the acquisition of fresh products like meat and dairy to the production of ready-for-sale goods, DairyTech provides a unique insight into the entire production chain. The exhibited products and services include equipment for dairy reception, technologies for milk quality assessment, milk cleaning and filtering systems, equipment for milk standardization, homogenization, pasteurization, and dairy processing, including the production of curd and cheese.
A hallmark of DairyTech is the plethora of innovations and latest technologies showcased. These include advanced enzymes and antimicrobial agents, modern equipment for ice cream making, cooling and freezing devices, packaging technologies, bottling plants, and automation tools.
