CHEFEX India is a highly specialised B2B trade fair that has established itself as a central platform for the entire value chain of the hospitality, foodservice, food processing and food retail sectors in North India.
Held annually at Parade Ground in Sector 17, Chandigarh, the event is organised by the PHDCCI Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This long-established Indian chamber is one of the country’s most influential business associations and uses CHEFEX India to promote innovation, connect markets and, in particular, facilitate access to new business opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The exhibition covers a broad spectrum, ranging from advanced food technology and professional kitchen equipment to complete solutions for catering infrastructure and large-scale kitchens. This is complemented by areas such as cold chain management, packaging and logistics, security systems, hygiene solutions and digital technologies for the HoReCa sector.
