ABOUT THE FAIR
Since its establishment in 2016, CareFair has become a leading Swiss job fair for healthcare professions, held biennially at MCH Messe Schweiz in Zurich. As a central platform, it enables professionals and employers from the healthcare sector to network, exchange information, and explore career opportunities.
The name "CareFair" reflects the fair's core purpose: a fair and caring meeting place for employers and job seekers in healthcare. It targets a wide range of professionals, including physicians, nurses, therapists, trainees, and re-entrants, as well as employers such as hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, nursing homes, and health insurance companies.
The main themes of the fair include career development, recruitment, and enhancing employer attractiveness in the healthcare sector. Exhibitors from various sectors, ranging from outpatient to inpatient care, showcase their latest products and services, from medical devices to innovative therapeutic approaches.
Highlights of the fair include topic-specific workshops and panel discussions with industry experts. The fair emphasizes its local significance by supporting and promoting healthcare not only in Zurich but across Switzerland.
CareFair takes place within the IFAS at Messe Zurich, which amplifies its significance and reach. The location in the Oerlikon district is ideal as it is easily accessible by public transport and car, with two large parking garages directly on-site.
