ABOUT THE FAIR
The ITCS – Information Technology Career Summit is much more than a traditional IT fair. It combines a tech conference, career expo, and innovation festival into one unique format and takes place annually in the autumn in Cologne. The venue, XPOST Köln – a modern exhibition and event center with excellent transport connections – provides the perfect setting for exchange between tech enthusiasts, companies, start-ups, and professionals from the IT and cybersecurity sectors.
The event is organized by ITCS Conference GmbH, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. In addition to Cologne, the company hosts the summit in other major German cities such as Darmstadt, Munich, Hamburg, and Frankfurt. This makes the ITCS part of a nationwide series that connects key technology hubs across Germany.
The summit focuses on current developments and emerging trends in the IT industry – including artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data protection, and IT infrastructure. Expert talks, interactive masterclasses, and hands-on workshops provide in-depth insights into topics such as feature extraction in industrial applications, bias awareness in data storytelling, and modern counter-drone solutions. The program also includes socially relevant themes, such as the visibility of women in tech careers.
