CAMFOOD in Phnom Penh is an annual international trade fair with a clear focus on Cambodia’s food and beverage industry. It is organized by AMB Tarsus Exhibitions (Cambodia) Pte Ltd in cooperation with Informa Markets, an internationally experienced organizer of trade fairs and conferences. CAMFOOD is recognized as the largest and most important B2B platform for the country’s hospitality and food & beverage sector. The name “CAMFOOD”, short for “Cambodian Food”, underlines its orientation towards the specific needs of the regional market.
The fair usually takes place in the autumn at the Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center (DIECC) in Phnom Penh, a modern venue that is easily accessible by car and public transportation. It brings together national and international exhibitors with professional visitors, including manufacturers, distributors, importers, exporters, and decision-makers from the gastronomy, hotel, and catering industries (HORECA).
