The name "Bakery Plus" symbolizes the diversity of the event’s offerings: beyond traditional baking topics, it covers areas such as ice cream production, advanced packaging technologies, and formats for professional exchange and continuing education – all delivering real added value to the industry.
Twice a year – in spring and autumn – the ATO Congresium International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Ankara becomes the meeting point for professionals and decision-makers from across the globe. The event is organized by Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, which brings many years of experience and strong industry expertise to ensure a professionally executed and content-rich exhibition.
At the heart of the event are state-of-the-art technologies and machinery for bakeries, confectioneries, and ice cream production, as well as systems for processing chocolate and sweets. The range is further enhanced by dough processing equipment, kitchen solutions for hotels, cafés, and bars, refrigeration technology, frozen products, additives, decorative items, and concepts for store design and shop fittings.
