ABOUT THE FAIR
The Innsbruck Alpine Convention (Alpinmesse), established in 2006, is an annual highlight for the mountain sports community and traditionally takes place in November. This event, organized by Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH in close collaboration with the Austrian Committee for Alpine Safety, is recognized as Austria's largest mountain sports fair. It provides a comprehensive platform for manufacturers, retailers, alpine institutions, and mountain sports enthusiasts.
Innsbruck, surrounded by the majestic Alps, offers an almost picturesque setting for the Alpine Convention. The city is renowned for its rich mountain sports culture and its proximity to some of Europe's most spectacular alpine landscapes, making it the ideal host for this specialized fair. The event itself is held at Messe Innsbruck, a modern exhibition venue that, with its extensive facilities and services, attracts exhibitors and visitors from around the world.
