ABOUT THE FAIR
The "International Water, Waste & Infrastructure" (IWWI) is an annual trade fair held at the Cairo International Convention Center. It serves as a central platform offering innovative solutions in the fields of water, waste, and infrastructure. The event is organized by expotec International GmbH in cooperation with the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater (HCWW). It attracts professionals and industry leaders from around the world and facilitates the exchange of the latest technologies and strategies for water and waste management as well as urban infrastructure development.
The IWWI covers three core areas: water and wastewater treatment, waste management, and urban infrastructure. It showcases advanced water purification technologies, innovative wastewater treatment solutions, seawater desalination projects, recycling methods, and waste-to-energy conversions. A special focus is on the development of sustainable urban systems, making the fair particularly relevant for the MENA region and Africa.
