ABOUT THE FAIR
The International Indonesia Seafood & Meat Expo (IISM) is a major trade fair for the seafood, meat and poultry industry in Indonesia, held at the Grand City Expo in Surabaya.
The event organizer, PT. Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur (WAKENI), is an experienced and respected Indonesian exhibition organizer known for planning and executing a variety of successful events.
The IISM covers various exhibition sectors including fisheries, meat processing, poultry, refrigeration, packaging and logistics. A wide range of products, technologies and services are on display, such as fresh fish, frozen products, canned goods, aquaculture, fish feed and fishing equipment. Meat processing includes meat products, slaughtering, cutting, processing, sausage making and meat substitutes. Fresh poultry, frozen products, canned goods, poultry farming, feed and vaccines are also represented, as are refrigeration and freezing equipment, cold storage, refrigerated transport, temperature monitoring systems and air conditioning. Packaging materials, packaging machines, labeling, barcodes and sustainable packaging solutions as well as means of transport, storage, distribution, supply chain management and logistics services will also be presented. The focus of the fair is on presenting innovative products, technologies and services in the seafood and meat sector and promoting business relationships between national and international companies.
The International Indonesia Seafood & Meat Expo (IISM) is held jointly with the Indonesia Cold Chain Expo (ICCE), a major trade fair specializing in refrigeration technology, cold chain management and logistics. The combination of both fairs offers participants and visitors a comprehensive and integrated platform to learn about the latest technologies and solutions in the field of food processing, packaging, storage and distribution and to establish business relationships.
