ABOUT THE FAIR
The "Fast Food & Café & Restaurant Expo" (FFCR), established in 2007, is a prestigious trade fair in the fast food and café industry. It takes place annually in various Scandinavian cities such as Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Tampere, and Helsinki. The organization of the fair is overseen by the easyFairs Head Office in Brussels.
This fair serves as a central meeting point for leading decision-makers in the region to exchange ideas about current trends, innovations, and new concepts in the fast-food industry. The FFCR offers a diverse platform for presenting innovative ideas for fast-food restaurants and unites the offerings of the HoReCa sector under one roof.
