ABOUT THE FAIR
The VIETBUILD - PHASE 1, in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt, is an international trade exhibition in Vietnam covering construction, building materials, transportation, lighting equipment, real estate, industrial machinery and equipment, and interior and exterior decoration.
The exhibition addresses the planning, construction, equipping, and finishing of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities, as well as real estate development. It serves as a platform for trade-related presentation, professional exchange, and business contacts across construction-, industrial-, and property-related sectors.
The "VIETBUILD" is organized as a multi-sector event with a primary business-to-business focus. Exhibitors present products, technologies, and solutions used in construction projects, industrial production, transportation systems, building operation, and property development. Displayed offerings include construction and structural materials, industrial machinery and equipment, lighting and electrical systems, transportation-related products and services, interior and exterior decoration solutions, and real estate projects for residential, commercial, or mixed-use applications.
Visitors have access to defined product and service categories covering construction and building materials, industrial machinery and equipment, lighting equipment, transportation solutions, real estate projects and services, and interior and exterior decoration products. A framework programme accompanies the exhibition and includes product demonstrations, technical presentations, and professional talks addressing product application, construction methods, technical performance, and market developments.
The target visitor groups consist mainly of professional and decision-making participants. These include architects, engineers, construction contractors, industrial operators, project owners, real estate developers, investors, interior designers, distributors, importers, retailers, procurement managers, and representatives of organizations involved in planning, construction, manufacturing, transportation, and property management. Public visitors with an interest in building and housing may also attend.

The exhibition is classified as an international event with national and regional participation.
The exhibition takes place at the Sky Expo Vietnam Center, located at Road 1, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward; which is accessible by taxi, ride-hailing services, private vehicles, and public bus routes and is located near Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The exhibition center provides on-site and nearby parking areas and includes indoor exhibition halls, technical infrastructure, and designated loading and unloading areas.
The VIETBUILD Ho-Chi-Minh Phase 1 in Ho Chi Minh City took place from Wednesday, 24. June to Sunday, 28. June 2026.
