ABOUT THE FAIR
The "VIETBUILD HANOI - PHASE 2" is an international trade exhibition in Vietnam covering interior and exterior decoration, real estate, and construction and building materials. The exhibition addresses the built environment from construction materials and architectural systems to finishing products, interior and exterior design solutions, and real estate development projects. It serves as a platform for trade-related presentation, professional exchange, and business contacts within the construction and property sectors.
The exhibition is organized as a multi-sector event with a primary business-to-business focus. Exhibitors present materials, technologies, and applications intended for residential, commercial, and urban development projects. Product presentation is combined with technical and market-related information to support professional decision-making.
Visitors have access to defined product and service categories including construction and building materials, interior and exterior decoration products, architectural and finishing systems, and real estate offerings. A framework programme accompanies the exhibition and includes product demonstrations, technical presentations, professional talks, and thematic discussions addressing product application, construction methods, design topics, sustainability-related issues, and real estate market developments.

The exhibition takes place at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC), located on Cau Tu Lien Street, Dong Anh Ward, 136000, Hanoi City; which is located near Noi Bai International Airport and is accessible by taxi or ride-hailing services. The venue provides on-site and nearby parking areas for cars, motorcycles, and exhibition vehicles and includes indoor exhibition halls, technical infrastructure for exhibitions, and designated loading and unloading areas.
The VIETBUILD Hanoi Phase 2 will take place on 5 days from Thursday, 24. September to Monday, 28. September 2026 in Hanoi.
