ABOUT THE FAIR
TUTTOFOOD, the international trade fair, is a key platform for innovation, quality, and diversity in the food and beverage industry. Since its debut in 2007, it has become a major meeting point for the global food sector and takes place every two years at the Fiera Milano exhibition center in Rho, near Milan. The name “TUTTOFOOD” combines the Italian word Tutto (everything) with the English Food, aptly reflecting the fair’s comprehensive scope.
The event is organized by Fiera Milano S.p.A., one of Europe’s leading trade fair organizers. TUTTOFOOD is exclusively aimed at professionals from across the food industry, bringing together producers, distributors, buyers, restaurateurs, importers, and decision-makers from over 140 countries. The focus lies on current industry topics such as sustainability, food trends, technological innovation, and developments throughout the entire value chain.
TUTTOFOOD is distinguished not only by the wide range of products on display – from fresh and frozen foods, delicacies, pasta, confectionery, dairy and meat products to beverages, functional foods, and plant-based alternatives – but also by the high quality of its exhibitors and its strong emphasis on fostering international exchange. Dedicated areas such as the Startup Area, the TUTTOFOOD Academy featuring top chefs from APCI, and the Bellavita Expo, which celebrates Italian culinary culture, further enrich the trade fair experience.
Another highlight is the TUTTOFOOD Street Experience, which takes visitors on a multisensory journey of taste. The Mixology Experience has also established itself as Italy’s largest platform for the beverage and hospitality sectors. In forums such as the Better Future Arena and the Cibus Link Arena, pressing issues related to food, supply chains, and consumer behavior are discussed in a practical, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking manner.
