The name SIAL – Salon International de l’Alimentation – highlights the event’s international focus and its specialization in food-related innovation. Since its inception in 2001, the trade show has become a major driver of innovation, commerce, and exchange within the North American agri-food sector.
Held alternately in Montreal and Toronto each year, SIAL Canada brings together all key players under one roof. It is organized by the renowned Comexposium Group, one of the world’s largest trade show organizers with an extensive portfolio of international events.
