ABOUT THE FAIR

"SheetMetal China" is an international trade fair specializing in stamping and sheet metal forming technologies. Established in 2004 by the Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry (CCMI), it emerged from the merger with "MetalForm China". The fair is held annually at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, attracting professionals from across the metalworking industry. "SheetMetal China" focuses on sheet metal processing and metal forming, key industries in modern manufacturing technology. It provides a comprehensive platform for showcasing innovative products and technologies from the entire supply chain of intelligent metal forming and processing. Key topics include manufacturing technologies for sheets, tubes, profiles, and wires, as well as advanced surface treatment methods, including plasma cutting, laser cutting, and electrophoretic treatments. The fair presents a diverse range of products, including CNC systems, laser cutters, and plasma cutting machines. Technologies for surface treatment and finishing are also featured. Additionally, the fair offers a program of seminars and conferences where experts share their knowledge. A highlight is the awarding of the “Qualified Supplier Recommended” prize to outstanding suppliers, underscoring the fair's importance for quality assurance in the industry.
