ABOUT THE FAIR

PU China, also known as Polyurethane China, is an international trade fair and conference for the global polyurethane industry. It is held annually and is co-organized with UTECH Asia. This exhibition attracts industry leaders and experts from all over the world and provides a platform for the exchange of expertise and latest developments. The abbreviation "PU" stands for polyurethane, a versatile material that is used in many products and industries. PU China is organized by Urethanes Technology International, part of the Crain Communications Global Polymer Group, in cooperation with Minmetals Corporation and the China Polyurethane Industry Association (CPUIA). The exhibition focuses on a wide range of topics: polyurethane raw materials and additives, products and semi-finished products, foam products, elastomers and adhesives, as well as the corresponding machinery and equipment. It serves as an important platform for the presentation of new technologies and services in the polyurethane industry. The trade fair is of particular importance for China as it highlights innovative applications of polyurethane in key industries such as automotive, household appliance production and thermal insulation. These industries play a central role in China's industrial progress and economic growth. A highlight of the trade fair is the accompanying conference, where current topics such as the use of polyurethane composites in lightweight automotive construction and new developments in additives to improve foam production are discussed.
