ABOUT THE FAIR
Power & Energy Africa is an international trade fair that has been held annually in Tanzania since its inception in 2015, focusing on power generation, electrical engineering, and alternative energy sources. The event takes place at the Diamond Jubilee Expo Center in Dar es Salaam. This center is a leading venue in East Africa and features modern infrastructure ideally suited for international events.
The fair is organized by Dubai-based Expogroup UAE, which specializes in showcasing and promoting products and services in the areas of power generation, renewable energy, and energy efficiency. The event provides a platform for companies and professionals in the energy sector to present their latest technologies, solutions, and innovations to an international audience.
The fair covers a wide range of industries, including power generation, distribution, and storage, solar energy, wind energy, hydropower, biogas, geothermal energy, energy networks, and energy management systems. A particular focus is placed on sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies that aim to meet the growing energy needs in Africa and help reduce CO2 emissions.

The Power & Energy Africa Tanzania presents itself for the tenth anniversary edition on 3 days from Wed., 07.10.2026 to Fri., 09.10.2026 in Dar es Salaam.
