ABOUT THE FAIR
Once a year, the CINEY EXPO exhibition center, located in the heart of Wallonia, transforms into a unique space for connection, exchange, and inspiration: the PARALLÈLE fair opens its doors. This event is dedicated entirely to well-being and personal development. But PARALLÈLE is more than a conventional trade fair – its name symbolizes an alternative perspective on health, quality of life, and inner balance. In this spirit, PARALLÈLE sees itself as a complementary path to traditional ways of thinking and living – a place where new ideas emerge and awareness grows.
Organized by CINEY EXPO S.A., the fair takes place every autumn and has become a well-established event in the region – both for professionals and private individuals engaged with the well-being of body, mind, and spirit. In a welcoming and calming atmosphere, PARALLÈLE presents over 120 carefully selected exhibitors from Belgium and neighboring countries, including specialists in naturopathy, therapy, coaching, energy work, arts and crafts, and holistic consulting.
A central feature of the fair is its extensive free program, which includes 42 lectures, interactive workshops, trial treatments, and introductory sessions. Visitors are invited not only to learn but to experience various approaches firsthand – from reflexology, Shiatsu, acupuncture, Reiki, and hypnosis to aromatherapy, phytotherapy, nutrition, Bach flower remedies, and alternative diagnostic methods such as iridology. These offerings highlight the diversity of holistic health concepts.
The theme of personal growth also plays a prominent role. Topics such as yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, literature, coaching, and spiritual practices encourage attendees to reflect on and shape their own life paths. In addition, subjects like geobiology, Feng Shui, sound healing, art therapy, and aesthetic well-being – from natural cosmetics to personal styling – enrich the experience on a sensory level. Complementary spiritual services such as aura readings, card readings, psychic communication, and intuitive guidance round out the program.
Exhibitors represent a wide range of sectors, including alternative medicine, complementary therapies, spiritual counseling, handcrafted arts, wellness, and personal coaching. Visitors come from across Belgium and surrounding regions – among them many therapists, coaches, trainers, and health-conscious individuals of all ages seeking new inspiration for their lives.
PARALLÈLE is not part of a trade fair chain, but a unique event in its concept and character. Its strong regional focus makes it especially distinctive – bringing local communities together, supporting regional providers, and raising awareness for a sustainable, healthy, and fulfilling way of life in the heart of Belgium.
The CINEY EXPO venue is conveniently located along the E411 motorway (Brussels–Luxembourg) and is easily accessible by car and public transport.
