ABOUT THE FAIR
The North East Optical Show (NEOS) is an annual trade fair dedicated to the independent optical industry. Since its inception in 2022, NEOS has stood for innovation, entrepreneurial freedom, and collaborative exchange. Organized by JWL Inc.—a passionate team committed to supporting independent optometrists and ophthalmologists—the show brings fresh momentum to a forward-thinking vision of the optical sector.
The event takes place at Dock5 in Washington, D.C., a stylish industrial venue whose urban character perfectly complements the show’s open, modern concept. Every fall, NEOS brings together opticians, eye care professionals, students, business owners, and other industry stakeholders who share a common goal: entrepreneurial independence, high-quality professional development, and inspiring dialogue.

Over 80 independent eyewear collections, free from large corporate structures, enable retailers to define their identity through unique brands.
