ABOUT THE FAIR
The Linz autumn Fair is a blend of trade exhibition, traditional marketplace, and amusement park, held twice a year as the "Spring" and "Autumn" editions on the Urfahranermarkt fairgrounds in Linz.
This event offers a diverse mix of information, enjoyment, and entertainment. In addition to the trade exhibition and traditional market, visitors can look forward to a large amusement park and a dining area with festive tents.
Organized by Messemanagement Linz GmbH, this long-standing event is aimed at a broad audience. Families, industry professionals, and curious consumers alike will find a varied offering of products, information, and entertainment. Visitors can discover new products and services while enjoying culinary delights. The product range is extensive – from crafts and household goods to gardening, leisure, and tourism, as well as regional and international specialties.
The event location, the Urfahranermarkt fairgrounds, is centrally located in Linz, right on the northern bank of the Danube. It is easily accessible by both public transport and car. Its proximity to the Danube Bridge and central location make it easy to reach from all directions. Ample parking is available nearby, and the area is well connected to the Linz public transport network.
As Austria’s third-largest city, Linz has a rich and eventful history. Originally a Roman settlement called "Lentia", Linz developed over the centuries into a key hub for trade and industry.
