ABOUT THE FAIR

The traditional KUDU Spring Exhibition in Lyss is an annual highlight meticulously curated by the OK KUDU-Lyss organization. Known for its diversity and quality, the exhibition provides a platform for local artists and craftsmen to showcase their works and skills. The range of displayed items includes antique-modern decorative windows, sandblasting techniques, shabby chic, glass art, soap carvings, as well as modern and abstract paintings. A particular focus is on the presentation of wood sculptures, stone art, silver jewelry, and clay works. Visitors also gain insights into the creation of iron-stone birds, ceramic goods, porcelain, and honey candles. The assortment is complemented by creative concrete items, iron objects, heat sources, and products like dog leashes, collars, mosaic works, and painted stones. A highlight is the opportunity for visitors to watch the craftsmen at work up close in the Sieberhuus. This interactive experience is especially exciting for children as they witness the creation of art objects in real-time. The Sieberhuus in Lyss, the venue for the exhibition, provides the ideal setting with its welcoming atmosphere.
