ABOUT THE FAIR
IMEX – short for "Incentives, Meetings, Exhibitions" – is an international trade show for the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions). Held annually each spring since 2003, the event takes place at the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre in Frankfurt am Main. As a central hub for the global events industry, IMEX offers a specialized platform for innovative products, forward-thinking services, and trendsetting developments. The organizer is Regent Exhibitions Ltd., a UK-based company with extensive experience in staging international trade fairs.
A defining feature of IMEX is its clear thematic focus, with each edition centered around a guiding theme – currently "Impact," which highlights the social and environmental value of events. This concept is complemented by content on technological innovations such as artificial intelligence, immersive formats, hybrid event models, storytelling in marketing, up-to-date market research, as well as sustainability and ESG criteria. IMEX brings these developments to life through workshops, lectures, and hands-on scenarios.
