ABOUT THE FAIR

The "Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) - Africa Automotive Show", first held in 2018, is a pioneering trade fair showcasing the emerging African automotive industry and serving as a catalyst for trade and the development of industrial relationships under the auspices of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Organized by RX Africa, the fair is held biennially at different locations across various African countries, ensuring broad accessibility and continental relevance. It attracts a diverse group of exhibitors and visitors from the automotive and supply industries, including manufacturers of commercial vehicles and passenger cars as well as providers of electric vehicles and their components. Additionally, important infrastructure projects and logistics services are presented. A central feature is the "Automotive Forum", where leading experts discuss global trends and develop strategies to strengthen regional supply chains. The fair also serves as a platform for B2B and B2G exchanges, fostering partnerships between vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, and governments. The exhibition encompasses a wide range of products and services, from raw materials and part manufacturing, including components for electric vehicles like batteries, to vehicle production, part supply, and distribution, as well as a variety of vehicle accessories from electronics to safety equipment and maintenance services.
