ABOUT THE FAIR
Go to Volume – or GOTOVO for short – is more than just a trade fair: it is the only event in Russia dedicated exclusively, strategically, and with a forward-looking approach to the rapidly growing market for ready meals and semi-finished food products. This makes it a central platform for innovation, growth, and efficiency in the convenience food industry.
Each year, the renowned Timiryazev Exhibition Centre in Moscow opens its doors to host GOTOVO. The fair is organized by Gefera Media Ltd, a well-established player in the Russian trade show sector, known for its expertise in delivering economically relevant topics in focused and professional formats.
GOTOVO is clearly and precisely positioned: the spotlight is on technological solutions, ingredients, packaging concepts, and machinery for the industrial production, processing, and marketing of ready-to-eat and semi-finished food products. The exhibition covers a wide range of themes – from frozen foods and pre-cooked meals to fully integrated kitchen systems for automated preparation. On display are both international and Russian technologies for vegetable and meat processing, pasta production, cutting and portioning, cooking systems, packaging solutions, as well as cooling, heating, hygiene, and sanitation systems used in food manufacturing.
The fair targets a highly professional audience: industry experts from the food sector, purchasing decision-makers from retail chains, restaurateurs, manufacturers of semi-finished products, and investors in the convenience segment attend GOTOVO to forge new business contacts, explore product innovations, and experience future-oriented production solutions in action. Exhibitors represent sectors such as mechanical engineering, packaging technology, ingredient and additive manufacturing, refrigeration and climate control, logistics, as well as start-ups that reflect emerging food trends.
