ABOUT THE FAIR
The Gastro Summit congress fair in Essen is an important industry event for the catering and hotel industry, taking place in the center of the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region. It brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, and experts from the hospitality, hotel, catering, and mass catering sectors, providing a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and business development. The Gastro Summit is aimed at restaurateurs, snack bar operators, bakers, butchers, caterers, and hoteliers. In addition, the trade fair presents drinks, kitchen technology, kitchen and restaurant equipment, as well as offers for efficient process management in companies.

The event will take place at Messe Essen, a modern and easily accessible location, ideal for trade fairs and conferences.
