ABOUT THE FAIR
Food Syria is the country’s premier international trade fair for food, beverages and food technology, serving as a key meeting point for industry professionals from across the region. The event is organised by IFP Group (International Fairs & Promotions, Lebanon), a well-established exhibition organiser with decades of experience delivering B2B platforms throughout the Middle East. It takes place at the Damascus Fairgrounds, Syria’s most prominent exhibition venue, equipped with modern facilities.
The fair showcases innovations, products and services spanning the entire food industry value chain – from primary production and processing to packaging and distribution.
Core product categories include high-quality dairy and meat products, poultry, confectionery, snacks, beverages, oils, spices, frozen and ready-made foods, organic goods and staple foods. This offering is complemented by a dedicated technology section covering food processing, packaging machinery, automation, robotics, traceability, food safety and logistics solutions.
