ABOUT THE FAIR
Dairytech India is an annual trade fair that has established itself as one of the leading platforms for the dairy and food industry on the Indian subcontinent. The event is entirely dedicated to showcasing the latest technologies, services, and innovations in the dairy sector. It takes place every August at the KTPO Exhibition Centre. Bangalore, the host city, is not only known as a major IT hub but is also emerging as a key center for agricultural and food technology.
The name “Dairytech” combines “dairy” and “technology”, clearly reflecting the event’s core focus: technological advancement in the dairy industry. This specialization is of considerable importance, as dairy products constitute a fundamental part of the diet and livelihood for around 60 percent of the Indian population. As such, the fair holds significant economic and social relevance across the country.
The event is organized by Media Today Group, a well-established Indian trade fair organizer specializing in exhibitions related to agriculture, food processing, and associated industries.
The exhibition highlights current developments in dairy processing, packaging technology, animal feed production, cold chain logistics, and animal health.
