ABOUT THE FAIR
AGROEXPO is recognized as the leading agricultural trade fair in Latin America and the Caribbean. It serves as the most important platform for the agricultural industry in Colombia and across Central and South America. Since its founding in 1977, it has become a firmly established event on the international trade fair calendar and takes place every two years at the Corferias Exhibition Center in Bogotá. This centrally located venue is one of Colombia’s most modern exhibition centers, offering excellent infrastructure and connectivity.
AGROEXPO is jointly organized by the Corporación de Ferias y Exposiciones S.A. (Corferias) and the National Association of Colombian Livestock Breeders (UNAGA). This collaboration combines extensive trade fair expertise with deep sectoral knowledge, ensuring a practical, economically relevant, and forward-looking event.
The fair is designed for both industry professionals and the general public. It provides a key platform for exchange between farmers, agricultural scientists, investors, agri-tech manufacturers, livestock breeders, food producers, as well as political and business decision-makers. Numerous international country pavilions—including Brazil, China, France, Italy, Cuba, Poland, and Spain—showcase innovations and offer broad insights into current trends and future developments in agriculture.

The exhibition also features advanced solutions for animal husbandry, seed development, crop protection, and food production.
